Let us introduce ourselves to you.
Your new managers here at The Ball House are Rebecca Reeson and Joe Moore.
Heading up the front of house team is myself Rebecca Reeson.
I studied hospitality and catering at Boston College for 3 years before joining the team at the mill to complete my nvq level 3. Whilst studying for this qualification I worked as assistant restaurant manager.
Since completing my nvq I have been developing my skills and gaining valuable industry knowledge as a manager. I have now along with Joe Moore and our new team taken on the challenge of managing my own business.
Joe Moore is an experienced and qualified chef who has worked both locally and away.
Joes first head chef position was at The Mermaid in Surfleet.
More recently Joe has been working as head chef at the woodlands hotel in Spalding. Here Joe leads a professional team and has re-developed the menu introducing fresh home cooked dishes and desserts.
Both myself and Joe are excited by the challenge ahead and are looking forward to building a business to compliment the current operation at The Mill.
